Boraie Development’s Aspire Tower

Boraie Development is known for luxury complexes and building up forgotten neighborhoods. Recently, Boraie Development announced the opening of The Aspire in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The 17-story high rise is within walking distance of the train station and a short distance from Manhattan and Philadelphia.

This is the first luxury building in New Brunswick in over 50 years. The Aspire is a shining example of modern architecture with a home-comfort vibe. The building boasts 238 spacious, luxurious rooms with 9- and 10-foot ceilings. They offer apartment sizes from studio to two-bedroom. Boraie Development wanted The Aspire to be the most vibrant part of New Brunswick.

Hiam Boraie, Vice President of Boraie Development, says The Aspire offers the highest-end lifestyle that high-profile residents always want. He continued by adding that The Aspire combined that high-end lifestyle with superior services, found nowhere else in New Brunswick. Not only is there a 24-hour doorman, but maintenance and management are always on-site.

Like many high rises, the garage is featured underground, but The Aspires garage has elevator access that leads directly to the lobby. Each apartment, regardless of size, features high ceilings; some even have terraces and balconies. Due to the building’s location, all of the units feature great downtown views.

As for the rooms’ décor and design, all units feature large windows and the highest-quality hardwood floors in the living areas; bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpet. The kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The countertops are custom made from quartz, and every residence houses Bosch washers and dryers.

The bathrooms all have porcelain-tiled floors and designer fixtures. The tile around the tubs and showers are made from ceramic. Boraie Development went the extra step and provided each unit with gas-powered heating systems, offering residents high-quality heating options while keeping winter heating costs down.

Boraie Development’s impact on New Brunswick led to a partnership with former NBA player Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq is working with Boraie Development on another high rise complex in New Brunswick at 777 McCarter Highway. That building’s plan includes 350 units and is designed as a 35-story property.

To date, Shaq and Boraie Development have remained quiet about the precise details of the structure. Mostly, O’Neal simple calls its “the House that Shaq Built.” O’Neal also talks about how exciting it is to return with such a large project.
