Civil rights and human rights cases can be complicated. Those who go through them often have a long road they have to go down, and it can be complicated to deal with everything there is to happen with these cases.
Most times, the people who are dealing with the cases don’t have the money to help support themselves during the cases. They also often do not even have the money that would be required to fight the charges that are coming from the case so they just take them instead of trying to fight for their own rights.

They want to show people they care about them, but they don’t want to have to take action. Larkin and Lacey, though, have always wanted to take action to help support minorities. They dedicated their entire career to the help they could give to people, and it is what made them the activists that they are today.
Since things continue to get worse for minorities in the United States, Larkin and Lacey wanted to show people things could get better. They even dealt with their own human rights issues during the time while a sheriff’s office tried to charge them with just practicing one of their constitutional rights.
It was difficult for the men, but they got through it and won the case. Since they had the money to fight it, it made things easier for them to be able to win in the case they were dealing with.
As things continued to change and Larkin and Lacey knew they would have to do more to help others out, they made sure they were doing things the right way. They even started their foundation with the goal of helping others out who did not have the same type of help they did.
They wanted minorities to be able to fight violations and get the rights they needed. Larkin and Lacey even do what they can to help immigrants and those who are trying to come to the United States. They do this so they will have a chance to show people what they are entitled to in the country they are a part of.
